We started Coromandel because we kept seeing the same problem: NZ businesses getting burned by agencies that overpromise, go offshore, or disappear after launch. We’ve worked in software long enough to know what actually makes a project succeed — clear scope, honest communication, and a team that stays accountable. That’s what we’re building here.
